Fagor LBS-35 TP2 Sanitary Barrier Washer
The Fagor LBS-35 TP2 is a 2-door sanitary barrier washer from the LBS range, designed to be installed between dirty and clean laundry areas. Its pass-through configuration helps maintain separation between the two areas during loading and unloading, supporting hygiene control and reducing the risk of cross-contamination in professional laundry processes.
With a capacity of 35 kg at a 1:10 loading ratio and a G-Force of 375, the LBS-35 TP2 is suitable for professional laundries handling large laundry volumes within a controlled washing process.
2-Door Sanitary Barrier Design
The LBS-35 TP2 features two opposing doors, allowing laundry to be loaded from the dirty side and unloaded from the clean side after washing. This configuration supports a controlled laundry flow between separate areas.
The machine features a large door opening, an 800 mm door-bottom height and a push-button drum opening mechanism, helping facilitate laundry loading and unloading during operation.
Touch Plus Control TP2
The LBS-35 TP2 uses the TP2 control system with a 7-inch touch screen, designed for intuitive programming and operation. The LBS range features a double-display configuration, with the programming screen on the laundry loading side and an information screen on the clean-laundry unloading side.
The system supports USB connectivity and online software for programming, telemetry and data analysis. TP2 supports 37 languages, video instructions and 8 standard dosing signals.
Extraction Performance with G-Force 375
The LBS-35 TP2 reaches a G-Force of 375 with a maximum spin speed of 920 rpm. High extraction performance helps reduce residual moisture in the laundry after washing, supporting shorter drying times and improved efficiency across the complete laundry process.
Consumption Management and Load Optimisation
The LBS-35 TP2 includes Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Load functions to support resource management according to the laundry load and selected washing programme. The machine is also designed to connect to KRS water recovery systems, providing an option for improving water efficiency in professional laundry operations.
Consumption management combined with high extraction performance allows operators to consider efficiency across the complete washing and drying process.
Chemical Dosing System
The LBS-35 TP2 provides 8 standard chemical dosing signals and is ready to connect to external dosing pumps. An optional relay card can add 6 additional signals, providing up to 14 dosing signals.
A 4-compartment detergent box is also available as an option for processes using multiple chemical products at different stages.
Wet Cleaning Ready
The LBS-35 TP2 is prepared for Wet Cleaning functions, providing additional flexibility for textiles requiring specialised wet-cleaning processes. This is suitable for facilities processing different textile categories with specific treatment requirements.
Flexible Heating Configurations
The LBS-35 TP2 can be configured with electric heating, steam heating or Dual Heating combining electric and steam. The appropriate configuration can be selected according to the available utilities and operational requirements of each laundry facility.
A low-pressure steam configuration at 0.5 bar is also available for facilities with specific steam infrastructure requirements.
Construction and Materials
The LBS-35 TP2 drum and outer tub are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The standard outer casing uses grey skinplate, providing a practical surface for professional laundry environments and easy cleaning.
The machine incorporates a frequency inverter for imbalance control. Three water inlets and a central drain are included in the standard configuration.
Automatic Drum Positioning
The automatic drum positioning system with motor brake brings the drum into a suitable position for loading and unloading. This helps reduce manual handling and improves operator convenience during daily operation.
A Pullman drum is also available as an option, providing additional flexibility for load distribution and specific laundry processing requirements.
Connectivity and Data Management
Telemetry is standard on the LBS-35 TP2, supporting the monitoring and analysis of operating data. IoT connectivity through FagorKonnect provides additional capabilities for laundry data management and remote technical service.
The TP2 system also includes a technical menu with statistics, alarms, autotest and data recovery functions, supporting maintenance and technical diagnostics.
Service-Friendly Design
Electrical components are positioned on the left side, mechanical components on the right and connections at the top, with the connections protected from water and detergents. This arrangement facilitates access for inspection and maintenance.
A central drain is included as standard, while double drainage and side drain configurations are available as options depending on installation requirements.
