Fagor LBS-70 TP2 Sanitary Barrier Washer
Fagor LBS-70 TP2 is a sanitary barrier washer with a 70 kg capacity at a 1:10 loading ratio, designed for professional laundry operations requiring controlled hygiene and reduced risk of recontamination during linen processing.
Its two opposed doors support a pass-through operating concept, allowing the machine to be positioned between dirty and clean areas. This configuration helps control linen flow throughout the washing process and is suitable for environments such as hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical facilities and other operations with demanding hygiene requirements.
Two-door design for controlled laundry flow
The LBS-70 TP2 features two opposed doors and two compartments within the washing system. Large door openings facilitate loading and unloading, while the 800 mm door-base height supports practical handling of large laundry loads in industrial operations.
The push-button drum opening mechanism and automatic drum positioning with motor brake help bring the drum into the appropriate position for loading and unloading.
TP2 control and programme management
The Fagor LBS-70 TP2 uses the TP2 control system with a 7-inch touch screen, programmable operation and display on both sides. The system supports 37 languages and includes 8 standard dosing signals.
USB connectivity allows the use of online software for programming, monitoring and data analysis. The system also supports instructional videos on the display, providing useful support for operation and staff training.
The technical menu provides statistics, alarms, self-test functions and data recovery features for technicians and maintenance personnel.
High extraction performance
With a G Factor of 375 and a maximum spinning speed of 920 rpm, the LBS-70 TP2 is designed to remove a significant amount of moisture from textiles during extraction. Lower residual moisture can help reduce the drying time required in the following stage.
Intelligent Consumption and Optimal Loading functions are designed to support efficient water usage during washing. The machine is also prepared for connection to KRS water recovery tanks.
Heating and chemical dosing
The LBS-70 TP2 is available with electric, steam or dual heating configurations combining electric and steam heating. The machine is prepared for connection to automatic dosing pumps, with 8 standard dosing signals and an optional additional 6 signals for a total of up to 14.
Three water inlets are provided as standard. Available options include the Auto Weight automatic weighing system, titration valve, four-compartment detergent box and additional drainage configurations.
Construction for industrial laundry environments
The standard outer casing uses grey skinplate, while the drum and vat are manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel. A frequency inverter is used to control imbalance during operation.
Electrical components are positioned on the left, mechanical components on the right and connections at the top, supporting easier technical access. The connection layout is designed to protect components from water and detergents in the laundry environment.
A central drain is standard. Available options include double drain, side drain valve, UPS, end-of-cycle light, AISI 304 stainless steel outer casing and AISI 304 stainless steel sanitary frame.
Wet Cleaning and FagorKonnect connectivity
The LBS-70 TP2 is prepared for Wet Cleaning programmes, supporting the processing of textiles that require a suitable cleaning process for their material characteristics.
IoT connectivity through FagorKonnect supports equipment management, remote technical service and laundry management. Telemetry is provided as standard, helping improve access to operating data and supporting laundry management activities.
