IPSO DR75 Industrial Tumble Dryer
The IPSO DR75 is an industrial tumble dryer with a 634-liter drum volume and a capacity of up to 35 kg at a 1:18 loading ratio or 29 kg at a 1:22 loading ratio. It is the largest-capacity model in the IPSO DR32–DR75 range.
634-Liter Drum for High Laundry Loads
The IPSO DR75 features a standard galvanized drum with a 940 mm diameter. The machine has a large door opening to facilitate loading and unloading laundry during professional operation.
The self-cleaning lint screen supports daily operation and cleaning in professional laundry environments.
Three Heating Options: Gas, Electrical and Steam
The IPSO DR75 supports gas, electrical and steam heating configurations, allowing the machine to be matched to the available infrastructure and operating requirements of the laundry facility.
The gas-heated configuration uses an NPT 1/2" connection and provides 35.8–48.4 kW of heating energy, equivalent to 150 kBTU/h according to the technical documentation.
The steam-heated configuration uses an NPT 3/4" connection with a published steam pressure range of 5.3–6.9 bar. The electrical heating configuration provides 21–36 kW.
Control and Programmability
The IPSO DR75 offers several control options. Evolis and Evolis Elite use a 7-inch touchscreen and allow drying cycles to be fully programmed and customized.
The Evolis / Evolis Elite control includes built-in operating instructions and supports control content in 34 languages. The DR75 can also be equipped with the Easy-To-Use Microprocessor with Dual Digital Control or OPL Micro.
A coin-operated version can also be equipped with the Easy-To-Use Microprocessor.
AutoDry Capability for OPL
The IPSO DR75 features AutoDry capability for OPL, as specified in the manufacturer's product documentation, supporting controlled drying operation.

The standard DR75 configuration uses a galvanized drum. The stainless steel drum and reversing drum are available as options according to the product documentation. The fire suppression system is also shown as an option.
Airflow and Operating Design
The DR75 provides an airflow of 380 l/sec, with a 0.40 kW fan and a 0.40 kW drive. The machine uses a 200–250 mm exhaust connection and has a published noise level of 60 dBA.
The IPSO catalog also highlights low energy consumption, lower energy and utility costs, and lower linen replacement costs.
Connectivity and Laundry Management
When configured with compatible controls, the DR range can support connection to the IPSO management platform. The system allows operators to monitor laundry operations and access additional information for managing the laundry area.
