Fagor P-18/100 M Wall Ironer
The Fagor P-18/100 M is a flatwork ironer from the Wall Ironers range, designed for establishments with smaller laundry volumes that require a compact and easy-to-use ironing machine.
The machine features a 180 mm roll diameter, a 1,000 mm working width and a theoretical production capacity of 15 kg/h. Its working speed is preset at 2.02 m/min.
Compact Design for Small-Volume Laundry Operations
The P-18/100 M follows the design concept of the Wall Ironers range: compact dimensions and limited space requirements for establishments that do not need high production output. Fagor positions this range for establishments such as restaurants, guest rooms, hostels and other facilities processing small quantities of flat linen.
The machine requires only an electrical connection for installation. Front feeding and front return make it practical to operate in space-limited laundry areas.
Simple Electronic Control
The P-18/100 M is equipped with electronic control for start and stop functions and selection of four temperature levels. The ironing speed is preset and cannot be adjusted.
The roll is lifted manually by means of a pedal, allowing the operator to control the roll during the linen feeding process.
Ironing Roll and Coating Options
The machine features a 180 mm ironing roll with a large contact area with the linen. According to Fagor, the P-18/100 M is available with two roll coating options: a standard cotton-polyester coating or a Nomex coating.
The machine uses a Nomex-quality coating resistant to high temperatures. It also features a wooden feeding board, skinplate panels and a stainless steel top panel.
Installation and Maintenance
The P-18/100 M is designed for easy installation and maintenance. It requires only an electrical connection and provides access from both sides for maintenance work.
The specified noise level is 55 dB.
Recommended Linen Moisture
Fagor recommends feeding flat linen into the machine after it has passed through a tumble dryer and reached a relative moisture level of 5–10%. This is the manufacturer's recommended condition for suitable ironing quality.
