Fagor PSP-65/260 TP2 Wall Flatwork Ironer
The Fagor PSP-65/260 TP2 is a professional wall flatwork ironer featuring a 650 mm diameter roller and a 2,600 mm working width. It is designed for industrial laundries requiring high-capacity flat linen finishing, with optional longitudinal folding configurations available according to the required workflow.
With a working speed of 0.5 to 15 m/min and a 305° contact angle, the PSP-65/260 TP2 provides a large contact surface between the roller and linen. The machine is available with electric, radiant gas or steam heating.
TP2 Control and Programmability
The PSP-65/260 TP2 is equipped with the TP2 control system and a 7-inch touchscreen for managing the ironing process. It provides 5 preset programs, USB connectivity and functions for operating data management, monitoring and maintenance support.
The control system also supports automatic ironing speed regulation according to residual moisture, helping adapt the process to the actual condition of the linen.
High-Capacity Ironing with a 2,600 mm Working Width
The 650 mm diameter roller combined with a 305° contact angle provides a large contact surface during ironing. According to Fagor's specifications, the PSP-65/260 TP2 reaches a theoretical production of 115 kg/h with electric heating, 132 kg/h with radiant gas heating and 115 kg/h with steam heating, at the specified 45% residual moisture condition.
The machine uses high-temperature-resistant Nomex ironing belts. Its roller construction and heat-transfer system are designed to provide effective heat conduction, while the lower smoke circulation circuit helps reduce energy consumption during operation.
Three Heating Options
- Electric heating: 54 kW heating power and 55.11 kW total electric power.
- Radiant gas heating: 69 kW heating power and 1.11 kW total electric power.
- Steam heating: 76 kW heating power with steam consumption of 80 kg/h.
For the PSP-65/260 TP2, Fagor does not specify an atmospheric gas version in the current technical data. The gas configuration specified for this model is radiant gas heating.
Designed for Industrial Laundry Operations
The PSP-65/260 TP2 has a 1,170 mm floor-to-feeding belt height and is designed with access to components from both sides to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
The machine can be configured with an optional rear exit without folding or with an optional longitudinal folder with front or rear exit. A hygienic tray is also available as an option.
