Fagor PS-35/200 M Wall Flatwork Ironer
The Fagor PS-35/200 M is a Wall Flatwork Ironer featuring a 325 mm diameter polished steel roll and a 2,000 mm working width. It is designed for laundry facilities that regularly process flat linen and require a higher production capacity while maintaining a compact, front-accessible operating configuration.
The PS-35/200 M provides a theoretical production of 40 kg/h with electric heating and 42 kg/h with gas heating. According to Fagor's technical documentation, these production figures are based on 45% moisture.
325 mm Roll and 2,000 mm Working Width
The PS-35/200 M features a polished steel roll with a diameter of 325 mm and a working width of 2,000 mm. Its large linen contact surface provides a 270° contact angle to support heat transfer and flat linen ironing.
The machine uses high-temperature resistant Nomex quality ironing belts. Its construction includes skinplate and stainless steel panels, together with coiled felt and strip guides to support durability during operation.
M Electronic Control
The Fagor PS-35/200 M is equipped with M electronic control. The operator can select ironing speed and temperature using push buttons, while the digital display shows speed and temperature information.
The machine provides 2 programs and a working speed range of 1.5–10 m/min. Roll drive is controlled by a speed inverter. The electronic control also includes an Auto mode designed to simplify operation and optimize ironing speed.
Electric or Gas Heating
The PS-35/200 M is available with electric heating or atmospheric gas burner heating. The electric version has a heating power of 21 kW and a total electric power of 21.49 kW.
The gas version has a gas heating power of 30 kW and a total electric power of 0.49 kW. The gas connection is BSP 1/2". According to Fagor's technical data, the PS-35/200 M does not have a steam heating configuration.
Heat Management and Operating Efficiency
The roll material and thickness are designed to provide good heat conduction and greater control of energy expenditure. The machine features automatic shutdown at 80°C, with this parameter adjustable.
A bottom fumes circulation circuit is designed to reduce energy consumption. The PS-35/200 M also includes a built-in cool-down system.
Space-Saving Design
The PS-35/200 M has a floor-feeding belts height of 990 mm. Its Wall Flatwork Ironer design allows front feeding and return, helping minimize the space required for installation and operation.
All components can be accessed from both sides of the machine for inspection and maintenance. The basic connections are electrical connection and air extraction.
Fume Extraction
The PS-35/200 M is equipped with two 98 mm fume outlets and an air flow of 1,000 m³/h. This is a higher extraction configuration than the PS-35/140 M and PS-35/160 M, which each have one 98 mm fume outlet and 500 m³/h air flow.
