Fagor PSP-65/200 TP2 Wall Flatwork Ironer
The Fagor PSP-65/200 TP2 is a professional wall flatwork ironer from the Fagor PSP-65 series, featuring a 650 mm diameter roller and a 2,000 mm working width. It is designed for industrial laundries requiring high-capacity flat linen finishing in a compact installation, with the possibility of expanding the process with optional longitudinal folding configurations.
With a working speed of 0.5 to 15 m/min and a 305° contact angle between the roller and linen, the PSP-65/200 TP2 provides a large contact surface during ironing. The machine is available with electric, radiant gas or steam heating, allowing the configuration to be selected according to the laundry's available infrastructure.
TP2 Electronic Control and Programmability
The PSP-65/200 TP2 is equipped with the TP2 electronic control system and a 7-inch touchscreen, allowing operators to set and manage ironing programs. The machine provides 5 preset programs and supports USB connectivity as well as online functions for data management, operating monitoring and technical support through Fagor's platform.
The control system manages ironing speed and operating parameters according to the type of linen being processed. The machine also features automatic regulation of ironing speed according to residual moisture, helping maintain consistent processing during operation.
Ironing Performance
The 650 mm diameter roller combined with a 305° contact angle provides a large contact surface with the linen during the ironing process. The PSP-65/200 TP2 offers a theoretical production capacity of up to 90 kg/h with electric heating, 104 kg/h with radiant gas heating and 78 kg/h with steam heating, according to the manufacturer's specified conditions.
The machine uses high-temperature-resistant Nomex ironing belts. The roller construction and heat-transfer system are designed to provide efficient heat conduction, while the lower smoke circulation circuit helps reduce energy consumption during operation.
Three Heating Options
- Electric heating: 42 kW heating power and 43.11 kW total electric power.
- Radiant gas heating: 52 kW heating power and 1.11 kW total electric power.
- Steam heating: 60 kW heating power with steam consumption of 60 kg/h.
For the PSP-65/200 TP2, Fagor does not specify an atmospheric gas version in the current technical data. Therefore, the gas configuration for this model should be understood as the radiant gas heating version.
Designed for Industrial Laundry Operations
The PSP-65/200 TP2 has a 1,170 mm floor-to-feeding belt height, providing a working height designed for industrial laundry operation. The machine is designed with access to components from both sides to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
The machine can be configured with an optional rear exit without folding or with an optional longitudinal folder with front or rear exit. A hygienic tray is also available as an option, allowing the configuration to be adapted to the actual laundry process.
