Fagor PI-25/120 M Wall Ironer
The Fagor PI-25/120 M is a flatwork ironer from the Wall Ironers range, designed for establishments processing small quantities of flat linen and requiring a 1,200 mm working width in a compact machine.
The machine features a 250 mm ironing roll, a 1,200 mm working width and a theoretical production capacity of 30.5 kg/h. Its standard working speed is 3.2 m/min. Optional speed control allows the speed to be adjusted from 1.5 to 4.5 m/min.
Compact Design for Small-Volume Laundry Operations
The PI-25/120 M follows the design concept of the Wall Ironers range, focusing on space saving and applications involving small quantities of flat linen. Fagor positions this range for establishments such as restaurants, guest rooms, hostels and facilities that do not require high ironing output.
With a 1,200 mm working width, the machine is suitable for establishments requiring a wider working area while maintaining a compact design. Linen is fed and returned from the front.
Electronic Control and Temperature Management
The PI-25/120 M is equipped with a digital screen and precise temperature control. Its standard ironing speed is set at 3.2 m/min, while speed adjustment from 1.5 to 4.5 m/min is available as an option.
The ironing roll is lifted automatically through photocell detection, providing convenient operation for the user.
250 mm Ironing Roll and Robust Construction
The machine features a 250 mm ironing roll with a large contact area with the linen. Fagor equips the machine with an industrial roll axle and bearings, together with redesigned kinematics for improved reliability during operation.
The machine uses grey skinplate and stainless steel panels, together with a wooden feeding table.
In its standard configuration, the PI-25/120 M does not have a Nomex roll coating. Fagor offers two roll coating options: standard cotton-polyester coating or Nomex coating.
Easy Installation and Maintenance
The PI-25/120 M requires only an electrical connection for installation. Access is available from both sides for maintenance, while the bearings can be dismantled quickly and easily.
Fagor specifies a maximum noise level of 55 dB.
Recommended Linen Moisture
Fagor recommends feeding flat linen into the machine after it has passed through a tumble dryer and reached a relative moisture level of 5–10%. This is the manufacturer's recommended condition for the ironing process.
