Fagor PI-25/200 M PLUS Wall Ironer
The Fagor PI-25/200 M PLUS is a flatwork ironer from the Wall Ironers PLUS range, featuring a 250 mm diameter ironing roll and a 2,000 mm working width. The machine provides a theoretical production of 52 kg/h and is designed for establishments that require a wide ironing width while maintaining a compact machine design.
The PLUS version is equipped with Nomex ironing belts, an extraction system and variable-speed inverter control. Its working speed can be adjusted from 1.5 to 6 m/min, allowing the machine to operate according to different linen processing conditions.
Electronic Control with Automatic Mode
The PI-25/200 M PLUS features electronic control with an automatic mode that manages ironing speed according to the selected temperature. The digital display shows both ironing speed and temperature, allowing operators to monitor the main operating parameters during use.
The ironing speed can be adjusted between 1.5 and 6 m/min. This variable-speed capability is one of the key features of the PLUS range and allows the machine to adapt to different linen processing conditions.
Nomex Belts, Variable-Speed Inverter and Extraction
The PI-25/200 M PLUS is equipped with Nomex ironing belts, an extraction system and variable-speed inverter control. According to Fagor documentation, this configuration is designed to increase machine productivity compared with the standard Wall Ironers configuration.
The machine has one 80 mm diameter fume outlet with an airflow of 500 m³/h. The extraction system is integrated into the PLUS configuration and includes a 0.12 kW fan motor.
2,000 mm Working Width and 250 mm Diameter Roll
The 250 mm diameter ironing roll combined with a 2,000 mm working width provides a large contact area between the linen and the roll surface. The machine uses an industrial-grade roll shaft and bearings, together with redesigned kinematics for improved reliability and durability during operation.
The PI-25/200 M PLUS operates in a way similar to a flatwork ironer and does not use a roll lifting mechanism. Fagor describes this operating design as more ergonomic for the user.
Processing Linen with Residual Moisture up to 25%
The PI-25/200 M PLUS can iron linen with residual moisture of up to 25%. This characteristic is specifically stated by Fagor for the PLUS range, while the documentation recommends 5–10% moisture for the other models.
Compact Design, Easy Installation and Maintenance
Despite its 2,000 mm working width, the PI-25/200 M PLUS follows the space-saving design concept of the Wall Ironers range, making it suitable for laundry areas where available space is limited.
The machine requires only an electrical connection for installation. Access from both sides facilitates inspection and maintenance, while the bearings can be dismantled quickly when servicing is required.
The machine features grey skinplate panels combined with stainless steel components and a wooden feeding table. Linen is fed and returned from the front.
