Fagor PI-25/200 M Wall Ironer
The Fagor PI-25/200 M is a flatwork ironer from the Wall Ironers range, designed for businesses that need to process flat linen with a wide ironing width while maintaining a compact design, simple installation and efficient use of space.
The machine features a 250 mm diameter ironing roll with a 2,000 mm working width and a theoretical production of 38.5 kg/h. It is suitable for restaurants, small hotels, hostels and other establishments that process flat linen such as towels, sheets, tablecloths and napkins.
Electronic Control and Convenient Operation
The PI-25/200 M is equipped with an electronic control system with precise temperature management. Its standard ironing speed is 3.2 m/min, while the optional speed adjustment allows operation between 1.5 and 4.5 m/min according to operating requirements.
The ironing roll lifting system is automatically controlled by a photocell, making operation more convenient when feeding and removing linen.
250 mm Diameter Roll with 2,000 mm Working Width
The machine uses a 250 mm diameter ironing roll with a 2,000 mm working width, providing a large contact area between the linen and the roll during ironing. The roll is equipped with an industrial-grade shaft and bearings, together with redesigned kinematics for improved reliability during operation.
The standard PI-25/200 M configuration uses a cotton-polyester roll coating. Fagor also offers a Nomex roll coating option. Therefore, Nomex is not the standard configuration of the PI-25/200 M.
Compact Design for Space-Limited Areas
The PI-25/200 M follows the compact design concept of the Wall Ironers range, making it suitable for establishments that do not require very high linen processing volumes but still need a wide 2,000 mm ironing width.
The machine features grey skinplate panels combined with stainless steel components and a wooden feeding table. Access from both sides facilitates inspection and maintenance, while the bearings can be dismantled quickly when servicing is required.
Easy Installation and Operation
The PI-25/200 M is designed to simplify installation and requires only an electrical connection. Linen is fed and returned from the front, making the machine suitable for laundry areas where available space is limited.
Fagor recommends linen with approximately 5–10% relative moisture after tumble drying before feeding it into the ironer for suitable ironing results.
