Fagor PS-20/160 M Wall Flatwork Ironer
The Fagor PS-20/160 M is a wall flatwork ironer from the Wall Flatwork Ironers range, featuring a 200 mm diameter ironing roll and a 1,600 mm working width. It is designed for small and medium-sized laundries that require compact equipment, convenient operation and minimal installation space.
The PS-20/160 M uses electric heating, provides a theoretical production of 16 kg/h and offers an adjustable ironing speed from 1.5 to 6 m/min.
Electronic Control and Automatic Mode
The machine is equipped with electronic control with push-button selection of ironing speed and temperature. A digital display shows speed and temperature, allowing operators to monitor the main operating parameters during use.
The PS-20/160 M features 2 programs and an automatic mode that supports ironing speed management according to the selected temperature.
200 mm Diameter Roll with 1,600 mm Working Width
The PS-20/160 M uses a polished steel ironing roll with a 200 mm diameter and a 1,600 mm working width. The roll material and thickness are designed to support heat conduction and control energy consumption during ironing.
The machine uses Nomex quality ironing belts designed to withstand high temperatures. The coiled felt and strip guides are designed to support the service life of these components during operation.
Space-Saving Wall-Mounted Design
The wall-mounted design allows the PS-20/160 M to be operated from the front for both linen feeding and return. This makes the machine suitable for laundry areas where installation and operating space need to be optimized.
The feeding belt operating height is 990 mm, designed by Fagor for convenient operation.
Electric Heating and Energy Management
The PS-20/160 M uses 12 kW electric heating with a total electric power of 12.34 kW. The roll construction, material and thickness support heat conduction, while the lower fume circulation circuit helps reduce energy consumption during operation.
The machine features automatic shutdown at 80°C, with this parameter adjustable through the control system.
Cooling and Air Extraction System
The machine features a built-in cooling system. The PS-20/160 M has one 83 mm diameter fume outlet with an airflow of 300 m³/h.
Air extraction is one of the machine's basic connections, together with the electrical connection.
Easy Access for Maintenance
All components of the PS-20/160 M can be accessed from both sides of the machine, facilitating inspection and maintenance. This design helps simplify access to the components when servicing is required.
