Fagor PS-20/200 M Wall Flatwork Ironer
The Fagor PS-20/200 M is a Wall Flatwork Ironer with a 200 mm diameter roll and a 2,000 mm working width. It is designed for laundries that need reliable flat linen ironing while keeping the machine footprint and operating space to a minimum.
With a theoretical production of 22 kg/h, the PS-20/200 M is suitable for processing flat linen such as towels, sheets, tablecloths and similar textile items in professional laundry operations.
M Electronic Control for Simple Operation
The PS-20/200 M is equipped with Fagor's M electronic control. The operator can select ironing speed and temperature using push buttons, while the digital display provides speed and temperature information.
The machine provides 2 programs and a working speed range of 1.5–6 m/min. Roll drive is controlled by a speed inverter, allowing the ironing process to be adjusted according to operating requirements.
200 mm Roll and High-Temperature Resistant Ironing Belts
The PS-20/200 M features a polished steel roll with a diameter of 200 mm and a 2,000 mm working width. Its large linen contact surface provides a 270° contact angle to support the ironing process.
The machine uses high-temperature resistant Nomex quality ironing belts. Skinplate and stainless steel panels, together with coiled felt and strip guides, are part of the machine's construction.
18 kW Electric Heating
The PS-20/200 M uses electric heating with a rated heating power of 18 kW and a total electric power of 18.37 kW. According to Fagor's technical data, the model provides an evaporation power of 9.9 l/h.
The machine incorporates a bottom fumes circulation circuit designed to reduce energy consumption. It also features automatic shutdown at 80°C, with this parameter adjustable according to the machine settings.
Compact Design and Front Operation
The PS-20/200 M has a floor-feeding belts height of 990 mm. Its Wall Flatwork Ironer design allows linen to be fed and returned from the front, helping reduce the space required for installation and operation.
The machine includes a built-in cool-down system and provides access to its components from both sides for maintenance. The basic connections are electrical connection and air extraction.
Fume Extraction
The PS-20/200 M is equipped with one 83 mm fume outlet and an air flow of 300 m³/h. Air extraction is one of the basic connections required for the machine.
