Fagor S1000-2600 Compact Flatwork Ironer
The Fagor S1000-2600 belongs to the Compact Polaris range of flatwork ironers, designed for industrial laundry operations requiring high-volume processing with consistent ironing performance. The machine performs drying and ironing only, without integrated folding devices.
Featuring a 1,000 mm roll diameter and a 2,600 mm working width, the S1000-2600 delivers a theoretical production capacity of 190–230 kg/h at 50% moisture. Its working speed can be adjusted from 4 to 18 m/min, allowing the ironing process to be adapted to different fabric types and operating requirements.
1,000 mm Ironing Roll
The large 1,000 mm roll provides a suitable contact surface for drying and ironing flatwork. The machine uses Nomex-quality belts for feeding and ironing, together with a polished steel roll and finger guard for stable operation in industrial laundry environments.
Digital Control and Adjustable Working Speed
The S1000-2600 is equipped with digital control and 20 programmable programs. Operators can configure programs according to temperature and working speed, with the speed adjustable from 4 to 18 m/min.
This adjustable operating range allows laundries to balance processing capacity and finishing requirements according to the type of flatwork being processed.
Electric, Gas or Steam Heating
The Fagor S1000-2600 is available with electric, gas or steam heating, giving industrial laundries the flexibility to select a heating configuration according to their available energy infrastructure.
- Electric heating: 90 kW.
- Gas heating: 120.90 / 121.30 kW.
- Steam heating: 120 kW.
The machine also features a powerful extraction system with two fume outlets and an extraction capacity of 2 × 1,400 m³/h to support moisture removal during the drying and ironing process.
Focused on Drying and Ironing
The S1000-2600 is part of the Polaris configuration within the Fagor Compact range, focusing on drying and ironing without integrated folding equipment.
This configuration can be suitable for laundries that require efficient flatwork drying and ironing but do not need integrated folding. Where longitudinal or transverse folding is required, businesses can consider the Poseidon or Phoenix configurations within the same Compact range.
