Fagor S600-3300 Compact Flatwork Ironer
The Fagor S600-3300 belongs to the Compact Flatwork Ironers range and the Polaris Ø600 line. It is designed for drying and ironing flatwork without integrated folding equipment.
3,300 mm Working Width and 110–140 kg/h Production
The S600-3300 features a 600 mm diameter roll and a 3,300 mm working width. According to Fagor's technical data, the machine provides a theoretical production of 110–140 kg/h under the stated test conditions of 50% residual moisture, 140 g/m² cotton and 100% roll utilization.
The working speed is 3–12 m/min, with speed and temperature settings available through the digital control system.
Polaris Configuration for Drying and Ironing
The Polaris configuration focuses on the essential flatwork finishing processes: drying and ironing. The S600-3300 does not include folding devices, making it suitable for laundries where folding is handled separately or is not required as part of the ironing machine.
This configuration provides a straightforward way to integrate flatwork ironing into a professional laundry workflow while keeping the folding process independent.
Nomex Feeding and Ironing Belts
The S600-3300 is equipped with Nomex-quality feeding and ironing belts. It also features a polished steel roll with a finger guard and a frequency inverter for controlled operation.
Digital Touchscreen Control
The machine features digital touchscreen control with 20 programs. Programs can be created with speed and temperature settings. The machine automatically stops after cooling down to approximately 80°C.
A compressed air connection at 6.5 bar is required, with catalogued compressed air consumption of 5,000 Nl/h.
Electric, Gas or Steam Heating
The S600-3300 is available with three heating options: electric, gas and steam.
- Electric heating: 54 kW.
- Gas heating: 80.30–86.30 kW.
- Steam heating: 75 kW.
The appropriate heating system can be selected according to the laundry's available utilities and operating requirements.
Exhaust and Operating Configuration
The S600-3300 has two fume outlets, each 120 mm in diameter, with an extraction rate of 2 × 630 m³/h. The machine measures 4,370 × 1,440 × 2,030 mm and has a net weight of 2,050 kg.

When a more complete drying, ironing, folding and stacking configuration is required, the Phoenix line provides the broader configuration.
