Fagor S800-3300 Compact Flatwork Ironer
The Fagor S800-3300 belongs to the Compact Flatwork Ironers range and the Polaris Ø800 configuration. It is designed for drying and ironing flatwork without integrated folding equipment.
800 mm Roll, 3,300 mm Working Width and 180–220 kg/h Production
The S800-3300 features an 800 mm diameter roll and a 3,300 mm working width. Under Fagor's stated test conditions of 50% residual moisture, 140 g/m² cotton and 100% roll utilization, the machine provides a theoretical production of 180–220 kg/h.
The ironing speed is 3–14 m/min, with speed and temperature settings available through the digital touchscreen control system.
Polaris Configuration for Drying and Ironing
Within Fagor's Compact Flatwork Ironers range, Polaris focuses on the two core flatwork finishing processes: drying and ironing. The S800-3300 does not include folding devices, allowing the folding process to be handled separately.
For integrated longitudinal folding, the Poseidon line can be considered. For a more complete drying, ironing, folding and stacking configuration, the Phoenix line provides additional functions.
Nomex Feeding and Ironing Belts
The S800-3300 uses Nomex-quality feeding and ironing belts, together with a polished steel roll equipped with a finger guard.
A frequency inverter is used for controlled operation and speed adjustment. The machine panels are made of white painted steel.
Digital Touchscreen Control with 20 Programs
The S800-3300 features digital touchscreen control with 20 programs. Programs can be created with speed and temperature settings.
The machine automatically stops after cooling down to approximately 80°C. A compressed air connection at 6.5 bar is required, with catalogue-listed consumption of 5,000 Nl/h.
Electric, Gas or Steam Heating
The S800-3300 is available with three heating options:
- Electric heating: 72 kW.
- Gas heating: 124.70 / 124.10 kW.
- Steam heating: 110 kW.
For gas-heated versions, Fagor specifies atmospheric and radiant burner configurations and states 25% gas consumption savings and 25% higher production for these versions.
High-Capacity Exhaust System
The S800-3300 features two 160 mm fume outlets with an extraction rate of 2 × 1,400 m³/h.
The machine has net dimensions of 4,480 × 1,770 × 2,200 mm and a net weight of 2,550 kg. Its installation therefore requires adequate space for the machine and its utility connections.

Who Is the S800-3300 For?
The Fagor S800-3300 is suitable for professional laundries, hotels, hospitals and textile service operations requiring a 3,300 mm working width and a theoretical production of 180–220 kg/h.
Compared with the S800-2600, it retains the same 800 mm roll diameter and 3–14 m/min ironing speed while increasing the working width from 2,600 to 3,300 mm and the theoretical production from 140–175 to 180–220 kg/h.
For operations focused on drying and ironing, Polaris provides the appropriate configuration. For integrated longitudinal folding, Poseidon can be considered, while Phoenix is intended for more comprehensive folding and stacking requirements.
